Kaizen Peptides currently ships to eligible destinations within the United States only.International shipping is not currently offered.

Domestic shipping methods may include USPS Small Box Flat Rate and qualifying free-shipping options.

Kaizen Peptides currently offers free U.S. shipping on qualifying orders over $200.

Processing and delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by payment verification, product availability, carrier operations, weather, holidays, address accuracy, destination conditions, and circumstances outside our direct control.

9. Shipping Risk and Carrier Issues

Once an order has been transferred to the applicable carrier, transportation and delivery are managed by that carrier.

Delivery issues may include:

• Carrier delays.
• Weather-related delays.
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
• Failed delivery attempts.
• Lost shipments.
• Packages marked delivered but not located by the recipient.
• Product exposure to conditions outside the reasonable control of Kaizen Peptides after shipment.

10. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds and laboratory materials, sales may be final once an order has shipped, except where otherwise stated in the applicable Refund & Returns Policy or required by law.

Requests involving incorrect, damaged, missing, or carrier-affected orders may require supporting information, including photographs, shipping documentation, tracking information, and the applicable order number.

Refund, replacement, credit, return, and reshipment eligibility is governed by the current Kaizen Peptides Refund & Returns Policy.
