Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern access to this website and all purchases of research material from Kaizen ("Kaizen," "we," "us," or "our"). Creating an account, accessing the researcher catalog, or placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Sale and the Research Use Policy.

1. Eligibility and Research Accounts

• Access to the catalog, pricing, and ordering is limited to registered research accounts.
• Account holders must be at least 21 years of age.
• Account holders must be purchasing research material solely for qualified laboratory, analytical, or in-vitro research.
• Account holders must be legally permitted to purchase, possess, and use the applicable research material in their jurisdiction.

At registration, each account holder separately confirms these statements. We record the agreement version, the date and time of acceptance, the IP address, and the browser/user agent for every account. When these terms are updated, account holders must accept the current version before placing another order.

2. Research Use Only

All research compounds are supplied strictly as research material for laboratory use. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food, and are not intended for human or animal consumption or use, or for any diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, or household application.

3. Purchaser Obligations

• Research material will be used only for lawful laboratory research purposes.
• Research material will not be used in or on humans or animals.
• Research material will not be resold to consumers.
• The purchaser accepts full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional requirements.

We may refuse service, cancel or hold orders, or close accounts where prohibited or non-research use is reasonably suspected.

4. Documentation

Specifications, batch information, and Certificates of Analysis are provided for research documentation only and do not constitute medical, therapeutic, veterinary, or consumer-use advice.

5. Orders and Order Approval

Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse, hold, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including suspected non-research use, stock availability, legal or compliance concerns, payment verification, fraud or security concerns, incomplete customer information, shipping restrictions, or pricing and listing errors.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices are visible to signed-in research accounts and may change without notice. Orders may be subject to payment authorization, verification, and fraud screening. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout.

7. Shipping

We currently ship only to eligible destinations within the United States. Processing and delivery timeframes are estimates. Once an order is transferred to the carrier, transportation and delivery are managed by that carrier. Contact support@kaizenpeptides.com promptly about any delivery issue.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research material, sales are final once an order has shipped, except for incorrect, damaged, or missing items reported with supporting information (photographs, tracking information, and order number), or where otherwise required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, images, text, and other website content are owned by or licensed to Kaizen and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. Research customers are responsible for determining whether a research material is appropriate for their lawful research application.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaizen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use or misuse of the website or research material. Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kaizen and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims arising from your violation of these Terms of Sale or the Research Use Policy, any non-research or prohibited use of research material, or your violation of applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms of Sale. Updated versions are posted on this page with a new agreement version and date, and must be accepted before your next order.
