Research Use Policy

Kaizen supplies analytical-grade biochemical reference standards and laboratory research materials to qualified research customers. This Research Use Policy applies to every account and every order.

1. Permitted Use

All research compounds are sold strictly for laboratory research use only, including in-vitro studies, analytical testing, and identification work performed by qualified persons in appropriate research settings.

2. Prohibited Use

• Not for human or animal consumption, administration, or use of any kind.
• Not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food.
• Not for diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, veterinary, or household use.
• Not for resale to consumers or for any purpose that violates applicable law.

3. Purchaser Requirements

To open an account and order, each purchaser must separately confirm that they: (a) are 21 years of age or older; (b) are purchasing for laboratory research use only; (c) understand the research material is not for human or animal consumption and is not a drug, supplement, or food; (d) agree to the Terms of Sale and this Research Use Policy; and (e) accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. An account cannot be created until all statements are confirmed.

4. Agreement Records

For every account we store the agreement version accepted, the date and time of acceptance, the IP address, and the browser/user agent. When this policy or the Terms of Sale change, account holders must accept the current version before checkout.

5. No Use Guidance

Kaizen does not provide medical advice, consumer-use guidance, or instructions for use. Information on this website is limited to research documentation such as specifications and Certificates of Analysis.

6. Enforcement

Orders or accounts indicating any use other than laboratory research will be cancelled, and the account may be closed.
