Frequently Asked Questions

What are research peptides?

Research peptides are short chains of amino acids used for laboratory, in vitro, or analytical science work. They are not approved for human or veterinary use, and are intended solely for experimental or research purposes.

Peptides are best kept in cool, dry conditions. Lyophilized (powder) form should be stored refrigerated at approximately 2–8°C and protected from moisture and light. After reconstitution, store as indicated on the product page and follow appropriate laboratory handling and storage procedures.

Orders placed by 12PM MST ship the same or next business day. Delivery times depend on the destination; most U.S. orders arrive in 3 business days with standard services.

Because these are specialized research compounds, we do not accept returns once product has left the facility (unless there is an error on our part or the product fails QC). If you believe there’s a quality issue, contact us with your order number and batch/lot info, and we’ll review the COA and options.

All compounds sold by Kaizen Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research use only and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption. We do not support, encourage, or accept any misuse of our products.

By purchasing from Kaizen Peptides, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the proper handling, storage, and research use of all compounds. Kaizen Peptides assumes no liability for misuse, improper handling, or any non-research application of its products.
